Thanks so much guys. I'm glad there are still people out there that have the time to help others. In terms of getting help, I was very reluctant to get a straight answer from my mechanic as he told me those axles dont go bad and that they dont need to be replaced. But ya, I am privelaged enough and grateful to be receiving this kind of information. As for the axle itself, I will be returning it back for shipping to the states as they sent me a reman Interparts when clearly I asked for a new Cardone axle. I might end up getting the replacement GM part instead for quality assured purposes. Anyways thanks again guys and hopefully shortly I'll have time to replace that axle next weekend.
