Vehicle Vibrations

Vehicle Vibrations
Hi guys,
I am hoping some of you serious car enthusiasts can shed some light on why my vehicle is vibrating at higher speeds. Its a 2003 Monte Carlo SS with 132,000km. Just recently, I had purchased a set of 4 17" rims along with a set of 4 Nexen N5000 tires (P235/55/17). I had them shipped from Ohio to Ontario Canada, mounted and balanced. BTW, the N5000's have a wider profile. Anyways, for a couple of weeks of driving I began to notice slight vibration at high speeds (between 80-100km). So I figured the car needed an alignment along with rebalancing. So I went ahead and did that. Midas (where I went to have my 4 wheel alignment done did not mention to me that my tires were too big/too wide and that the rear tires were rubbing along the strut.) So I went over to Canadian Tire after 2 more weeks of driving and had the tires rebalanced. BTW, the vibration was still in existence. So the guys at C-Tire told me about the strut issue and I decided (after searching online about this problem) that 5mm wheel spacers would do the trick. So I bought a pair, installed them and drove the car with a little bit of improvement. So, just recently, I put myself in a money pit and went ahead and got a pair of KYB plus strut assemblies for the rear. After installing those I had about 1/2" of clearance which was way better than before. So just 3 days ago, I installed a set of R1 Concepts slotted/drilled rotors along with a set of Hawk Performance brake pads for all 4 corners. After driving for a day, I began to notice heavy vibrations between 70-120km. Its so bad, its to the point of being unbearable. Also, just so you guys know in May of this year I installed brand new front end suspensions parts consisting of tie rods/ball joints/control arm bushings/sway bar links. I have no idea what to do to remedy this situation. Its been a plague on my vehicle ever since I bought it in November of 2009 while thinking the whole time it was a tire balancing issue. I don't know if my hub assemblies or driveshafts need replacing, or if they are even prone to causing vibration but I am desperately in need of some help. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

might be the rotors. when stepping on the brakes does it vibrate more? i have drill/slotted too and mine vibrate at 55 mph. think my rotors are warping.

Actually, no they don't. I thought it might've been the rotors as well after installing them but no they dont vibrate when I hit the brakes. Do you think they can warp after only 1 day worth of driving?
