Yes it should. Did a little research. It should have the 4th which is the same as ours.

You'll wish you didn't use it if it has the wrong gears

 

what it wont shift right

 

With the check engine light off it'll do all sorts of things. Skip gears, cutout Tom's skyrocket, delayed engagement among others. With cell on it'll drive somewhat ok butll have issues. Also make sure it has an internal park/neutral switch, otherwise it wont start. I'm speaking from experience as I'm running a 3.29 geared 4t65 with a pcm programmed for 2.93s.
