You could probably use a stripper but you'll want to be carefull as it could damage the plastic,
Just a quick search you could used brake fluid then wash it a number of times with soap and water,

Picked up some duplicator adhesion promoter, duplicolor gloss black lacquer, and duplicolor clear lacquer today. All duplicolor all lacquer.. Third times the charm right?! I also picked up some extra pewter metallic and clear coat paint to fix some spots on the top of my current bumper
now to sand 3 cans of paint off my rksport lip....

I know you are joking Mitch, but PO, please dont do this lol. The plastic will absorb the thinner and swell up and cause you all kinds of problems.
