I believe my driver side window switch in my 02ss is gone out, dealership wants to charge $75 just to look at it. Took all the visisble screws out and still can't get door panel off. Don't know much at all bout this stuff please help!

 

th panel has clips on it too holding the door panel on and has to be pry'd off startiing on one side and working your way to the other side

it's pretty easy to take off. there is one screw on the door handle, two on the handle where you pull to close the door, and one on the small quarter panel next to the side mirror. and the rest is pull out throughout the lower panel and after you get them all off, pull he whole thing uprightward to unmount it. the switch cost me about 50 dollars at checkers... it's probably a 1 hour job. good luck.
