00-07 window control cables. (the parts that roll the window up and down)
Looking for the wires that roll your windows up and down. My wife rolled my driver side window down and it didn't go, so she pushed the button again making it go all the way automatically, and while it did roll down.....it never rolled back up. I've taken the door apart and found that the actuator and track are both good, the problem was the cables have somehow gotten "ground up" by the gears that turn the reel and are now fubar'd. If anyone has something like this laying around, or knows of an easily accessible parts car, please reply ASAP as I need to get this fixed. The whole assembly (track, actuator, cables) on eBay is roughly $40--really looking for cheaper as I do not need the actuator or track at all. Let me know of any good leads you may have. Thanks guys

You can't get just the cable. It is an integral part of a frame inside the door. It's not too expensive and easy to replace. There are keyhole slots to hold it in place as you tighten it. You need to loosen the bolts on the motor so the frame will clear it during r&r, but that's no big deal. All bolts you need to remove are easily accessible.
Here's a link to what I'm talking about. Look up your year - I looked up an '03
List: Search for 'window regulator' | O'Reilly Auto Parts
Edit - Duct tape with a piece of cardboard over the top of the door to protect it works great for holding it up.
