More information please...when was the last time you changed the fuel filter? Had a tune up? Does the car run well? and by that I mean: get good mileage, not stumble when accelerating, Idle well, etc.. You mentioned turning, is it always to the left...or the right...either....or is it inconsistent?

Also put regular in your car. There is no need to throw your money away.

but i would do the basics first do a tune up and go from there it is easy to diagnose from there. also rule out old plugs and wires also new filters every where. then check the sensors chibi mentioned then go from there. it might be a off sensor to a bad cat or poor fuel pressure from the fuel pump.

I've been doing some reading, my issue is similar. I am waiting on new parts.
MAF/IAC, so far i've changed spark plugs, fuel filter, pcv, and wires.
If the MAF and IAC don't get rid of the issue i'll be buying a new Crank Position Sensor, a good thread from clubgp leads to believe it may also be the culprit. Good luck!
