Thanks very much for the replies/info.

I will go with the GM Performance exhaust, as well as the CAI, Downpipe, and PLOG. (I'm going to do the CAI first, and then do the entire DP, PLOG & Exhaust all in one shot). If a code does come up with these mods, can a performance shop or a GM dealer's garage take care of that (and any possible knock issue)? Would they have the necessary tuner, and roughly how much would they likely charge to do that?

Again, thanks. This is a great forum and a wellspring of very helpful info!

GM will NOT help you reprogram your PCM to delete the P0420 code for your cat-converter efficiency. But after those mods, it's usually good to get your car tuned anyway... so looking into a canned PCM from a company or finding someone local to do a custom tune can take care of that code.

If you are afraid to pass inspection because of a code, do what I did and just wait until you get your inspection before you do the work (I bought my stuff in April and waited until June) Then you have a year to fix that code :P
