Yes, Speed & Beauty can cost Big $'s, but it's worth it for the enjoyment & fun it brings to the owner(s)...
I believe `if you love & maintain your Monte, that your Monte will love you back with many years of service & safe journey's to wherever you `drive & enjoy.

Space, I'm doing fine, Post office garage is fun at times.LOL, Logan is a fun time he is 5 now.. He want's to get the 1969 Corvette down an drive it..LOL. He has some old metal truck's somebody gave me. He Loves
them.. Here's a few pics...

My Monte is my daily driver but She is dining more than that. In the Morning, She is my wake up call. After work She is my Calm. She is always Fun to Be with, even whenone of her parts are giving me ATTITUDE!
BUT MOSTLY, She is my youth. As a teen, all my friends had sports or modified cars. One guy had a 79 Caprice wagon that did low 11s to mid 12s. I had a Dotson 210 with a 1.7 liter engine that put out 117 horses. It was a 4 speed but that wasn't much of a saving grace.
I longed for a fast pretty car. Now all DDT hose guys have Mini Vans and gas guzzling SUVs. And I drive a Monte. And she's pretty and fast, enough for my Old Butte!
I do have a life outside of her but She is a big part of my life.
My Monte is the car I always wanted but didn't know it till I got her! That's what my Monte Is!!!!!

Logan is a lucky kid to have a grandfather like you 4 sure. I'm sure you both enjoy the time you spend together. It's fun to watch Login grow & learn. It's super that you are a big part of his life.Yes, Logan is a wise kid & knows the best ride that you have (LOL).
I think I'd choose your awesome Vette also >

Space , Logan walked out in garage an say's when me get bigger Iam going to get corvette down an drive it.. I said you need to be older.. He say's 5 or 6.
I told him you need to be older.. He say's 16. I told him we will see when your 16..LOL
