Opinion Needed: Monte Carlo mods for a beginer?

Monte Carlo mods for a beginer?
Hello, I have a 2003 Victory Red Monte Carlo SS. Interior: Tan. I have not done much to modify it. I was wondering what is on your guy's list of modifications. So far, I have replaced all speakers, replaced the head unit (bypassed the shi*ty stock amp), and bought two 12" MTX subs. I also had it tinted. 35% side passenger windows and 20% on the rest. That is the extent of my mods.
I was wondering what any of you may have done. Leds? Lowering? Debadging? I wanted to gather a list of things to do to this Beauty.
I wanted to get new rims, tint the tail lights, new trunk lid with spoiler, and possibly swap out interior lights to a red color. I thought about running a strip of red LED's around the inside of my trunk and wiring them into the trunk light. Sound stupid?
Thanks for the tips!

Mods all depend on your goals. Are you looking for mods to look better or have improved performance?
In the appearance market, ditch the stock wheels. That will instantly grab attention of on lookers is a set of nice wheels (I have 18" 10 spokes and love them).

I have debadged mine... Changed the wheels... removed all the door moldings and added a new Nascar style spoiler... so far along with some minor typical 5th gen rust repair...

Rims are a great start to the process, I may also recommend looking in to some decals. I have done a nod to the 80s monte's with my car, by putting the black and red stripes along the lower ground fx like the 87 monte's and put a checkered flag and script monte logo on the side ground fx. It helps set my car apart from all the other monte's around as no one has the same as mine
CARiD.com has some nice ground fx kits that you can put on your car depending on just how far you want to go with spoilers and ground fx.
ZZPerformance | 3800 Performance Parts | Largest Aftermarket Supplier! has a lot of performance parts and are great to deal with and ship fast with good prices.

I would recommend some go fast parts. I never wanted to look tough and actually be slow. The 3800 isn't a bad base, but when SS or Z34 is in the name people expect more out of it then it actually has. That doesn't mean that I think that you shouldn't make it look better. All I am saying is that people usually respect a well balanced car (sleepers are cool though).

I also failed to mention:
The back 3 windows are tinted Limo.. the doors 35% (soon to be 20%) along with an 8" eyebrow and tinted even the front windshield.
Over the past 14 (almost 15) yrs of ownership..not 1 cop has noticed the front windsheild is tinted... However.. 95% of the people at Car Shows seem to notice it or ask about it...

I've changed about every part possible or custom built parts for turbo monte to make her what she is
Look through my garage and albums on here for some ideas if you like.

With looks, there is a lot out there.
- Rims (I tend to like 18's, they look good and still ride nice).
- Tint (you don't even have to go crazy, I just had mine tinted 50% on the sides and 35% on the back, love it, can still see in and out of the car pretty well, but outside it has a slightly darker and appealing look).
- Lowering the car (I am still at stock height)
- Front and Rear strut tower braces (I have the ZZP braces, they are not known for being the "best" with their alignment to the struts, as I had to do what many did and hone out the holes to be wider and fit, but they make the car handle tighter and look nice when you pop the hood).
-After market headlights and tail lights
There is a host of stuff you can do without being overboard.... Check out pics people here have posted, lots of neat options.
