Hi, I'm new to the site (having just acquired a 2002 LS). I know I saw a post somewhere on the site regarding programming new key fobs, but I can't find it now. Doing a search for "key fob" is yielding no results. Can you point me in the right direction? Also, do you know if there's a cheap source for an owner's manual? The one that came with the car is missing half it's pages.... Thanks so much! RobH

@Shuub55 - Don't know, never had the car on a dyno to find out. But you can feel, it is peppier then it was bone stock.

@Ace25 - Short answer, I have a DHP PowrTuner and I have not messed with MAF or VE tuning. I sent you a PM with more information.

Hello, I see that you have been tuning PCM's for our 00 - 05 cars :-) - Are you using HP tuners for this, and have you done MAF and VE tuning on your car?

@Scar'lette - Check this for the answer: '04 Monte Carlo SS - Red Steering Wheel BowTie

@raven_b21 - I put a remote start on my wife's '05 Impala (almost the same exact car as the Monte). I did that about 2 years ago and only remember it being very tight to work under the dash (and I did need a resistor inline with a wire to work with the door locks). I would advise you to open a thread on the forum for others to chime in.

hello, i wanted to ask you about a remote start i saw you installed one yourself i noticed in the instructions they dont speak of the wire location for nuetral safety switch so i assume they just run it to ground through the a switch to disable it if people desire, also it looks like a resistor is needed to make the door lock function work, the install im doing is on my wifes 00 monte with the 3.8 ild appreciate any help
