Problems with the power locks can either be the motor mechanism, which is a $35 part, or the locking mechanism may need to be cleaned and lubricated.
On the Ac, there are 2 vent actuators. I think one controls the drivers side air. These are about $30 each.
Both of these repairs, while simple, are time consuming. If you want to fix it yourself, you should get the service manual set. They're about $200 for the set, but
