as for the car not running until it is warmed up... that is in the tune... you would need to play with the following: this is from my DHP as i do not have HPT.

-engine runtime for closed loop
-open loop base AF by coolant temp

via open loop you can adjust fueling for start up. unless you are tuned to run in speed density and are running open loop only.

 

i am running open loop only, its honestly not to bad the car gets to temp pretty quick lol. i think with this cam it aint gonna get much better.
