I don't really know how to best describe this, but when I shift in between park and neutral, neutral and reverse etc the car sort of jumps a little. It was like the fluid level was low or something like that, but the fluid is fine and smells good. I just got back from a 700 mile trip and it started today when I went to the store. I thought it may be the motor mounts, but the rubber looks good. Is there a way to check the mounts?

It's an 04 supercharged with 56K miles.
