Traction control button quit working

Default Traction control button quit working

Just wondering what I could do to replace the traction control button. Hopefully inexpensive and easy to do from my home, I just replaced both front hub bearings trac control button has not worked in 2 months. Any reply helps. Thanks.

Any codes from the BCM or ABS unit?

No codes it just doesn’t come on anymore, I’m wondering if the button/switch needs to be replaced

check the wires going from the wheel sensors to the abs computer. i had the same problem on my 2002 LS. found out its was a broken wire going to the front wheel sensor. there's u-tube videos on it that are very helpful.

Is the traction and ABS lights active on your instrument cluster? If so, you have an active code ABS code and need a scanner that can read the ABS system. That code will help isolate where the problem is.
By default, your traction system is ALWAYS active (unless you have modified the car with some non-factory changes).
