Cool HELP traction control issues unable to perform emission test

How do I disengage traction control on 2004 chevy monte carlo without all the dashlights coming on? The button won't work, tried to manually disengage and all dash lights came on. The traction control comes on at 20 mph which is making it impossible to be tested for emissions which is required in the state of Colorado... Not sure what to do, bought a new switch/button as well, thinking the other was faulty... that didn't help... Someone said something about abs/tc module? Idk where to even go from here and really need to get my new tags ;( Does anyone have any ideas? Let me know what you think. I really appreciate any input... The internet doesn't seem to have much info on our issue lol....

Since you are getting lights, go get the ABS code read. It is most likely a wheel-speed sensor.
