rear-upper(round) motor mounts?

Default rear-upper(round) motor mounts?

has anybody heard anything about these. All i have ever remebered hearing is about the front motor mounts (the square ones)

so do these just help hold the engine even more then?

those are just polly mounts for the front DOG BONES. but for the rear part of it. I.E. where they mount to the motor

will they hold better? sure anythign has to be better then the stock ones LOL
