1 - Make them pop out (plus that's common for the performance calipers to be red)
2 - My STB I'll be adding is red, my UMI Trailing arms are red, I plan to get my diagonal braces painted red.... It all goes together.
@Lougreen03 I thought of doing the caliper blue and the brackets silver (it would match the Monte's existing paint scheme) but I thought that would be redundant. So, I decided the caliper itself I definitely want red, but the bracket that holds it (I think sometimes called a banjo) is what I'm unsure of. Red or silver/gray for that bracket, I just don't know yet....

I got this idea from the rytek Monte carlo. Why not do inversed colors on each side. On the drivers side I have red calipers and black brackets, and on the passenger side I have black calipers and red brackets. It's just a tiny detail only I notice and I love it. Maybe you should do something like that in silver/blue.
