Default 2001 SS stalls when you step on the brakes?

Okay. Got the no-start fixed.

Routed the ground to somewhere favorable and it started up. Cleaned the IAC and it idles fine now. Great.

Now, sometimes, when you step on the brakes, it stalls and dies. I replaced all of the vaccuum lines and connections on the engine because they were brittle and cracked and ****ty, but now what?

This car is going to drive me nuts.

I assume a failing brake booster could possibly cause the issue... Does it happen only when pressing the brakes, or is it also when you've let off the gas and are coasting?

That being said, it could be something electrical messing up. Brake switch or some wires...

Another thought to add to that is how many miles are on the current plugs and wires? I've seen some cars when the plugs are pushed past end of life, the car has weird performance issues. One being problems going from driving at RPMs above idle and returning to idle.if they are around or over 100K miles, that is something for consideration changing.
