I understand were your coming from, There are 3 stores in the area around the new AZ I work at and Just hearing the customers from them is awful.

My favorite is comparing the amount of "I hate Pep-Boys!" who are across the street and "I hate Selden AZ!", one of the worst stores in the area..

whew...off topic a bit

Every location has their issues with the parts stores around. The biggest part is the staff. If they are fast, efficient and willing to work with you, that makes a WORLD of difference (even if they don't have the right parts).
