Actually Reaction Time has nothing to do with your 1/4 mile time. Reaction Time simply looks at how soon after the light you take off. The clock doesn't start though until you cross the start. You could hang out at the light for an hour after it goes green and you would still run the same time.

One of the most important stats to pay attention to is your 60' time. That's the easiest way to see how good (or bad) you launched.

You are absolutely correct. Time slips were mentioned and when I wrote that I was wondering what his reaction time was. What I meant to write was:

Deep staging will also help to shave a little off your time.
