Friday night I was driving down on of our busier roads in town and this 96-99 Eclipse GST, 5speedswings around me and gets next to me and keeps looking over and inching up so I'm like ok lets go. So watching the light, it turns green we both get off the line good, no spin. At the end of 1st gear I'm a bumper infront of him and hit 2nd and start inching away from him he was at my door and a car pulled out infront of him so he hit the brakes. So we mess around down the road turn around and start heading back into town and as he come off the corner he is behind me and jumped on it and swings out so I jump on it, he is at my bumper and I get a great downshift from 30 and take off we I shut it down at the end of 2nd I was 4-5 cars infront of him. We flew passed my buddy and he pulled up next to us after we raced and the guy dipped off at the next light and was like damn I didn't think you where going to beat that car that bad.(he use to own a GST). So GST's suppose to run 15.1 in a 1/4 so if I beat one, my car runs high 14's to really low 15's. I was happy that was for sure.
