Default Rivets & timetable

The temporary rivets are called cleco’s.
The timetable you ask about is about money, time, business plans and personal interactions. A puzzle putting all the pieces in place at the very time they are called for. The clock has never stopped ticking on this project but when it does I will have exactly what I want when all is said and done. Thanks for asking.

That is part of my hearing disability from the Military when I had my hearing test they tested me for this very condition So I actually here something that is different that what was said. ie when you watch those Car repair shows and they talk about that stuff.
So the condition is like if you are playing cards and some one calls for the Ace of Clubs I might here the 8 of Clubs and toss it out for play and everyone laughs. I heard this referenced form Iron resurrection and thought that is what they called them. most of the time It makes me look like a dummy! I was successful again.

Default My opinion

Anyone who laughs at someone with a disability is the ‘dummy’. You served, thank you for my freedom.

My apologies, I didn't realize it was due to something like that.

No problem, the biggest problem I have with my hearing is that the Ringing that never goes away is sometimes in the same octave as the voice that is the person talking to me. Like my daughter or my grand-kids and then what is most embarrassing is when I have to ask them to repeat what they said multiple times. Comes from firing a 106 recoiless rifle and riding in Chinook Helicopters, to loud, and back in the 70's the hearing protection was fairly inadequate.
So when I would leave this activity then the ears would ring most of the day next day not bad.
Flying gets me now and if I would go to Colorado and visit my daughter then I have this stuffy feeling. Now I look at it as a blessing in disguise I hate to fly and this keeps me out of the plane. But I do get hearing aides from the VA and they help amplify the ring and there were probably a few encounters that I missed becasue I couldn't understand what the Lady said.

Default Can’t hear

Driver3: I can sympathize. I have tinnitus and in crowded situations I can never make out what most are saying. My dad, a WW2 Vet same issue as you. Gunfire ruined his hearing. Me. I am just old now. I have several friends who came back from Viet Nam who can’t hear all that well either due to gunfire also. Wish you the best. SSV & SSV II

Default Progress report

No new pix this week. However, my tech was working on pedal assembly mounting location as well as driver’s seat well and location. He promised more pix next week.
