hey i got a question about that vht nite-shades if someone could please help me??
do you spray that on the inside or the outside of the lens?? and if you do it to the headlights, do they still project light as well. what is the difficulty level of doing this?? is it easy to mess it up, do you hve to do multi-layers? if someone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated. thanks alot.

There's tons of tutorials on how to use VHT, even some video ones on youtube.

I would NOT do the headlights.

If you've ever painted something plastic before, then it won't be too hard, since you rough it up with some sandpaper, do a few coats, clear and dry. But if it's something you have never done before, I don't think the look will be desired and could be a costly error.

For the headlights, it will affect the light projection, also can be illegal. If you want that look on the headlights they sell covers that you can pop on during the day and at night then remove to drive.

Well for one, I'd like to see some one even try to spray the inside of the light... Let me know how that works out for you...

It's easy. You ever spray paint anything, ever? Well that's all it is. You clean the surface with alcohol or something to remove and grease and then begin to spray. You could sand the surface first, but you do not have to do it.

Just do some google searching. You'd be amazed what you can find by searching.

I have gotten two oem tail lights opened not easily I might say as well. As well as a brand new set of black headlights. I almost have on headlight open. There has been a lot of swearing and violent punches thrown at the punching bag everytime I sit down with these projects.

SilverBullet I don't know if you remember Mike690003 and what he did to his tail lights but that's what I am doing to mine.
