i mean, i knew about the big horse engine...but a complete aluminum and magnesium frame? carbon fiber body panels? it weighs almost a thousand pounds less than the viper! its got bigger ROTORS than the Aveo has rims!! i think that they hijacked the headlights from the ferrari a bit, but this is, in my opinion, the nicest vette in a LONG time, and it is the strongest...i am very impressed...much moreso than i was with the GT500, which i also did a write up on...

my dad had a 67 ragtop, which i wish i had now...as you know i have alot of mopar stuff..but between this and the GTO....GM really has some great high end vehicles...they should have kept the blown V6 as an option on the new monte...

I think I actually hijacked my own thread... lol..


I had a chance to test drive the Z06 a couple of months ago, I was quite impressed. But not as impressed as I was with the GTO. I am sure this was due to the fact that I had a nanny riding with me on the vette and tore the GTO up on the track without a nanny.
