I could not agree more about that statement. Heck, the concept car was used in the first live action Transformers movie. I like the Camaro, but the car needs a honest new gen face lift. I feel from an appearance stand point, the 6th gen Camaro looks too much like a restyled late 5th gen. Nothing really to sink you teeth into. It's almost boring in some ways. When they first showed the 6th gen logos, I felt it was retro logos of a 3rd gen. I was really hoping they would follow the retro theme and do a retro 3rd gen, it would certainly grab my attention.

Personally, The Camaro is not Retro enough! The current Mustang has retro look, The Challenger has Retro as well as awesome power, The Charger is not Retro at all, the only reason I can comprehend for this was to turn it into a 4 door for govt. contracts as Police Car, and other Govt use, due to popularity of the Charger. It must sell well because I see them everywhere. The Camaro doesn't Look like a Camaro, IMO GM lost focus on the Camaro !

I used to own a 2010 with the 3.6 liter engine, it was a great car, reliable and fun to drive, the 3.6 was plenty fine with me, they are now using
the 2.0 liter engine, they are also using the 2.0 liter in a lot of their trucks.
