Just wondering..

Have you ever sold a car, the deal is final, the new owner hasn't picked it up yet, you go for a farewell drive and you get
into an accident, oops.

Oh don't do that!! I had a friend sell a car back in the day and he took a check for the thing, the guy drives off and gets in a wreck and totals the car and then stops the check!

Shoulda ,woulda,but didn't doda, do all the paper work to get it in new buyers name, probably wouldn't be worth while getting a lawyer involved.
