Amy, that sounds like a jerk move on the cops end....you know kinda like the cop that gave me a ticket even though my precious car was in an accident, as if that was not bad enough! No heart I swear! LOL!

Or maybe i just would not make a good cop because I would always feel sorry for people and let them off the hook!

 

Yea, I know it CAN be done...and i'm sure it would be fine. I know it would look AWESOME, but since he wants more money than the last guy i talked to about it, screw it, i'll wait! Plus I really need to watch my pennies until this whole thing is behind me and I know where my finances sit. LOL

 

Well, Just got a call from AAA, my insurance...The asshoie I hit is now claiming that him and his 13yr. old daughter have "soft tissue damage" which is an un-provable injury. My insurance said they are going to try and pay him off as quick as possible to get rid of him. But due to the fact its an injury accident now (bullsh*t, I did not even move in my seat, and my car took literally all of the impact) but anyway, now that it is considered an injury accident, I will get 2 points on my driving record. Which means instead of my insurance going up $242 per year for 1 point, it is going to go up $1457 per year for the second point. These are just estimates....but my claims adjuster says they will be pretty close.

I am so pissed, I would never claim injury if I was not injured, I would be more concerned about my car than a fake injury...I seriously hope carma is a b*tch and catches up with this fake *** mother fu*ker....Ba*tard! Sorry to rant, and excuse my language, no better way to put it!

I'm telling you dude, you gotta stick this! Its not the way it should be, but its the way it is. You gotta fight this, you gotta go on the attack! Fight the ticket - your gonna have to now! This is how its done in this crazy dog eat dog world now. I don't like it anymore then you. I told you - this is the American way! The other guy is just trying to get paid. Sue him! This insurance crap hangs with you, so really you have to invest yourself in this. You really need a lawyer. Huge $$$ - I feel really bad for you man. Aw, this sucks

Ya some people really do suck - take advantage of a situation for their benefit. Ya the cop's excuse was "Well, I gave everyone else a ticket." Ya but did you bother to look up on your computer that I haven't had a ticket in 10 years???!!!!! I really wanted to say that but kept my mouth shut. I didn't want to cause problems.

 

Yep, one thing is for sure...the world is FULL of lots of ********! LOL...sad but imo true!

Amy, you did the right thing, usually just makes things worse when you give a cop attitude, but i hear ya, sometimes its hard not to. Especially when you have a big mouth like me! LOL
