That would be a negative! He never said why, just that he had to...hmmm! The cop even asked him, and he said because I had to so I would not hit the car infront of me...the cop then asked, so did the car infront of you slam on the brakes too? He said no...So if the car infront of him did not slam on the brakes why did he??? Was he following to closely???? And i'm the one that gets a ticket for following to close....BullS*it!
DEFINITELY BS. My goodness ... so much wrong with you getting a ticket for that scenario it would take too much time to decipher it all.
As I noted before, this is why I don't like that law.... It makes NO sense for YOU to get the ticket IN THIS CASE. If the driver cannot explain WHY he stopped as he did, then HE should get the damn ticket....
*sighs*

Yea...its a bunch of BS...but what you going to do? I just got to fork over the funds...and put this behind me...I feel like writting a few "nice things" (yea right, more like f-off) on the memo line of the check...

i would!! when some jackass cop in PA gave me a ticket for going 6 miles over the speed limit, after calling my female friend "sir", i was ripped. he was this little short jerk so we decided he had "little man's syndrome" and gave me the ticket to prove he was a big badass cop guy. so when i finally paid the ticket i wrote "little man's syndrome ticket" on the memo line!!!
so - have you gotten the car back yet???
