well with court costs in CROOK county illinois ... ( cook county for those who dont know ) ....... even if you get the ticket dismissed or the cop doesnt show ... court fees alone are 175 dollars ... so it looks like the guy got off easy :p

Thank god I live in Lake County J/K - fines are probably just as bad. Did cars have speedometers back in the 1910s?
