Welcome to the forum. Try and only post 1 thread per problem please. I had moved your other thread out of the how to section into the general tech. Since you have this one going and the other had no replies, I went ahead and deleted it. Good luck with your problem I hope you find a solution.

yes it does hold on to the wheel to keep it straet

Where are you from? I live in an area that use a lot of salt on the road and I feel that even on dry pavement I have loss of traction because of it.
