You're right. GM would never paint a graphic on something other than a Cadillac or something super expensive or a one-of. GM makes more money by selling replacement decals.

Even if it cost me the same money to paint the stripes, I'd still get them painted. At least that way I know I never have to worry about chipping and crap. Then having to replace a decal again.

I found a site that sells the complete set of decals or any path of it.
