Did you push it in all the way? Did you see if any of the old gasket/piece of the old coolant elbow was stuck in there?

I replaced my elbows when I replaced my LIM for the port matched one I made. Despite trying to lube the ends, the O-ring did not seat right. DOH! I had an extra O-ring luckily.

Yep, everything came out. Made sure of that. It might have not sat in properly as we kept moving it a lot, trying to align the upper elbow aswell.

Maniac, i also think it might be the rubber ring/gasket fitting.

I just need to get him back on the road.
Thanks guys!!

UPDATE: Went back to shop, because Chang (mechanic) said work was finished. Idles perfect now, noticed elbow HAD been replaced.
The only brain twister now is/are the oil and boost gauges. (Check the video below taken today)

Before the Boost gauge would sit at -10 when not in motion, as soon as I would accelerate the needle would move up according with the acceleration, as you can see it doesn't even move and it starts at 0, and sits.

Curious thing, if you can notice the Oil gauge now fluctuates like the boost gauge WOULD!!

What is the issue guys? What do I need to replace?
The only thing I change was the Vacuum Line, but there's only one way that thing can go.

ideas, suggestions thanks!

*edit* haha forgot video, here it is:

The only reason a boost gauge would get no reading is because of a vacuum leak. Check the line going to the boost gauge.

x2 on the boost gauge probably having a vacuum problem.

I still see a normal working oil gauge. It measures your oil pressure, as the car accelerates the oil pressures goes up. That is exactly how my gauge works. Perhaps it is just something you are finally noticing?

Thanks for the responses! I Can't reply as soon as I would like to.
I am at work and on the phone, so its hard. Mike, you're right I guess I
Never paid attention to the oil gauge before. That leaves the booster
gauge mechanic said he would look into it, I explained you guys
suggestions. I'll call him later and find out. To member above, the idle went back
to normal after replacing the air flow sensor.
