Under hood fan trouble.

i had this same problem a cpl years ago...as i was sitting in Boston traffic on the turnpike...not fun and i dont recommend it. we replaced the relays and it didnt fix my problem, so we hot wired them to a toggle switch to my dash, so now when im in traffic i pay attention to my gauge and flip my fans on as needed.
