Default Fan fuse, relay or new fan?

Hey so I'm having trouble with my fans one works however the other one does not. I checked all fuses and found one of the mini 25 amp fuses (fan control 2) was blown. The thing is every time I replace it it blows almost instantly I took out the three relays in the first row in the fuse box under the hood labeled fan 1, 2, and 3 and accidentally mixed them with other relays, and noticed they have a 3 or 4 digit number on them I was wondering if someone can help me with which one goes into which port as well.

Looked up me prices for the fans just in case d they ranged from 90-140 and I would love to avoid paying that lol

Thanks guys.

If its blowing the fuse immediately then there's a short to ground somewhere in that circuit. Its extremely hard to diagnose wiring.

Check for damaged wires or cut wires

Just replaced my fans because mine was having same issue. It fixed the problem. Initially I thought my water pump was going out, so I replaced it and the thermostat. Neither fixed the problem. Finally the CEL came on and it read a P0481. Checked the fuses and found the 25 amp fuse blown replaced it and then the car would operate a normal temp while idling, but afte driving a few miles the temp would climb to about 210-220, but no higher. Finally found one fan was out, replaced them and the problem is now fixed.
