Default Tire Pressure Monitor rest

So it's been a while since I last was here and posted.
Lots to catch up on.
Some of you may remeber me. The last issue I had, was my ignition switch modual and then security modual having to be replaced.
Right after this My Tire Pressure Monitor kick on and couldn't be rest.
The Dealer Ship said I had to repalce my whole ABS brake Modual ($1400 CDN)............................Wrong.
Almost 8 months later drivign around with the nice little orange light, I found a good mechanic.
$45.00 later it seems all I had was a loose connection.

However on to a question I have.
It seems the rest feature for the Tire Pressure Monitor has disapeared since I started having the above issues.
Has anyone else had this had this happen and have you any tips on how to correct this.
As it stand right now if this thing kicks on I have to take it in to have it reset.

2001 Monte Carlo SS - Silver.

Default RE: Tire Pressure Monitor rest

If it isn't in the radio, then try to slowly pull and push the headlight button out 1 click and back. 3rd time you should hear a beep and the light will go off. You may need to do it a few times to get the handle of it, but it is about 1 click per second.

Out and back in 3 times in2.5 to 3.5seconds.
