Default Throttle body and vacuum line questions

Alright guys I'm needing help... Again. I have a 2000 project Monte that is driving me nuts. First while changing the throttle body coolant hoses I see Tb is dirty so I pull off to clean and it's a sludge mess inside. Bad enough, then I notice the vacuum hose going from the air intake duct is not connected to anything. Can't for the life of me find the name or part number for this hose. If anybody knows that would be great, and seeing how it's going into the back of the engine what else should I do? Change the oil that I just did, pull the plenum and clean it too? I'm mobile but will post pics here in a few. Thanks in advance

That hose is for the PCV system on the 3100/3400 engine. The other end goes into the back valve cover, hard to find because if I recall, it's hidden under the bracket for the coil packs.
A lot of times, the grommet that holds the line in the valve cover gets deformed from the heat it's subject to.

I wouldn't worry about it. It's a small opening and shouldn't compromise your oil.
