SVS after changing BCM

SVS after changing BCM

I recently had to change my BCM. After changing it and getting it programmed, the SVS light came on. Does anyone know why this may have happened. I also can’t get my automatic lights to work either. This is on a 2001 Monte Carlo LS.

Where did you get it programmed?

It was programmed at a local dealership.

I'm curious if they missed an option or not. But it could also just be an unfortunate coincidence of the SVS light. I would take it back to them and let them know though.
