6th Gen ('00-'05): PCM trouble
So I got a new tuned PCM and did the CASE relearn. Now I'm getting codes P0412/0414/0148( secondary air pump). My '03 Monte SS doesnt have the "secondary air pump". Does anyone know how to use a GM Tech ll to fix this?

Who did the tuning? It sounds like they made a mistake and somehow activated the Air Pump data.
I've never used a GM Tech II, but to my knowledge, it can only load stock data (so it would delete all the tuning done to the PCM.
I would contact who did the tune and ask for assistance.

Good Luck on getting your issue resolved. ZZP has a good reputation for assisting their customers. (It is they busy season)...If they don't respond soon to your email...I would invest in a phone call to them...Keep us updated if you resolve `OK.
So far so good. Got an email saying the PCM guy is away at a car show until Monday. So hopefully will be resolved early in the week. Doesn't seem to be causing an issue. From what I can tell its just sending a signal out but not completing the circuit because my car just doesn't have the secondary air pump. So I think it's just throwing the code with zero side affects
