No acceleration under hard throttle

No acceleration under hard throttle
I have a 2003 Chevy Monte Carlo SS, 3.8L V6. I recently changed the throttle position sensor on the car because of a code I was receiving (I don't remember the code). I'm now receiving another code. It's P0122, my scanner said it was the "Throttle Panel Position Sensor". But under the list of codes, that reads: DTC P0122 Throttle Position (TP) Sensor Circuit Low Voltage.
The car drives fine under regular driving, cruising and normal acceleration. But under hard acceleration the engine bogs down and I get nothing. No revs, no acceleration. I also noticed if I throw the trans into neutral, I can rev hard without any issues.
Please let me know if you guys can help. Thank you.
