Trouble starting after short trips..

Default Trouble starting after short trips..
My 97 Monte will start right up if it has been sitting overnight. But if i take it to the store etc. it has trouble starting the 2nd and 3rd start up.
Sometimes it stalls, others it starts and I usually have to give it some gas to keep it from stalling.
Any help on what it could be?

Either an IAC or MAF sensor problem

Does it start if you let the fuel pump prime first?
