Looking to install fog lights in my 2006 LT

Where can I find the chrome or matte black inserts for my fog lights? I just installed mine and they do fit rather loose.

Took me a while to find these when I needed them as well. Housings would jiggle as I drove without them. Wasn't shown on any diagrams that I could find at the time. Should be GM part #15776171

Default Fog lamp relay location??? Help!!!
Can someone post a pic and/or tell me where the fog lamp relay is in a 2006 monte carlo? Mine is an SS WITH V8.
