Default How to shut off headlight delay

I have a 2000 Monte Carlo SS 3.8 and I changed the stock radio with an aftermaket Alpine radio. I was wondering if there was any way to turn off the headlight delay. I want my headlights to go when I turn off my engine.

you would have to replace the stock unit to do that one i belive.
becuse your actually changing a settign not just resetting a warrning like the oil minder etc..

Ya i think that you need to go through the settings in the stock radio... if you wanna shut out the headlights when you shut the car off just pull the switch out to turn the lights on then back to off(after you shut the car off) and it will kill the headlights. or you can lock the car with the keyfob and it shuts them out too. these are the only way i know of with out changing the setting which may be hard to do
