Default Had to pull fuse to get lights to shut off!!!

2002 Monte Carlo Pace Car (728 of 1100)
3.8L V6
86,000 miles

here's what happened:

* security light came on while driving (twice now)
* lots of clicking under dash from both ends
* volt gauge drops to zero
* headlights remained on after car was parked.

I had to remove the CLSTR/BCM fuse just to get my headlights to shut off. I reinstalled the fuse this morning (heard more clicking), but now it seams fine.

Also, my car pops door lock fuses within 2 weeks if I was to install one.

Any thoughts? Pinched wires? dieing computer?

Typically when you have problems with the Passlock system and electronics acting weird, you have the signs of a BCM starting to go, which unfortunately is an expensive fix and the dealership will have to help you because they need to do the programming.

New BCM on the way ($520)

Hopefully it fixes my rear window defrost and popping door lock fuse.
