OH and I forgot to mention, I put UMI Performance trailing arms on the back of my Monte.

I was tempted to replace my front sway bar with the GM Performance one (I have a simple trade, my father has a GM Performance one to put on his '98 Grand Prix, it was the CHEAPEST replacement sway around, as his is cracked, he's willing to trade it for my stock one, I just don't see a reason for it at this time).

You have to buy the brackets separate from Don Rome

The brace doesn't come with brackets, so unless you want to drop the rear suspension and drill holes (not recommended) you need to order them.

Home Page <- Link to brackets at DR Custom Parts

Got the link in my favorites. When I get them and check them out I will get the brackets. At least it was only $32.00 not bad..

The brackets make the STB look heavier duty to me.

OK I received my rear strut brace today and just need to order the brackets it beats dropping the struts again and drilling holes.

Default Rear strut brace installed

I bought the brackets to install the rear strut brace from Don Rome and they made the install very easy. I have not driven the car yet to see what difference it makes in handling.
