Emergency brake stuck ? How to release it

After about 20 minutes of working the cable back and forth through the steel tube, it was moving freely again and the parking brake was working as normal.
Thanks, I am gonna do the same thing you did for the future. I use my E Brake all the time, this was the only time it wouldn't let go, so I know I'm gonna run into the same issue again if I don't lube it and clean out all the bs.. Thanks for the reply.. Mjc...
