2006 monte carlo flasher location
I have a 2006 monte carlo 2dr 6cyl. Passenger side front turn signal does not work, bulb lights up but does not flash, new bulbs do not flash. Put a new turn signal switch in but no difference. I can not find anywhere online that will show me where the flasher relay is. The fuses for the turn signals are both good aswell

I'll bump this thread because I have the same question. I'm dealing with hyperflash and I want to know if I can find a replacement relay that compensates for LED's.
I realized while trying to find the relay that the clicking I was looking for was actually coming through the stereo like a simulated relay sound! Is there a relay at all in these later Monte's?

Isnt it built into the hazzard switch? I believe @The_Maniac has solutions for this...

The BCM controls the vehicle turn signals based on inputs from the turn signal/multifunction switch. With the turn signal/multifunction switch in the left turn position, a ground path is provided on the left turn signal switch signal circuit, indicating a left turn signal request. With the turn signal/multifunction switch in the right turn position, a ground path is provided on the right turn signal switch signal circuit, indicating a right turn signal request. When the specific request is seen, the BCM will pulse the respective turn signal lamp supply voltage circuits, illuminating the turn signal lamps. When a turn signal request is seen by the BCM, a serial data message is sent to the instrument panel cluster (IPC) requesting the respective turn signal indicator be pulsed.

If you are dealing with a 00-05 monte (and based on your profile pic, looks like you are), the clicking you hear is not simulated, it is not coming from the radio. I can guarantee, the sound you are hearing is the relay in the flasher module.
Here is the thread to my modded flashers I sell. I have some now all set and ready to ship. $40 via paypal and I will have them with USPS ASAP.

if you want to do the mod yourself, here is the info (my original "test bed" was my Grand Am, same flasher module):

And here is when I finally did everything with my Monte:
