Default Turn signal

Hi I've read the comments about turn signals working but only once in a while and in some cases it had to do with the hazard lights. But my hazards work everything else works it's only the turn signals once in awhile they don't work for a day or two and then suddenly they start working again does anyone know why this is? Thanks

Depending on the year of your car , the emergency flasher is also part of the turn signal flasher on a 2000 -2005 . It's a 2 part flasher and it does happen that the emergency flasher works when the turn signal doesn't. Good luck

it is usually one or the other on what i have seen. i have replaced some flasher buttons and the turn signals started to work again do to it being a part of the system. some times both had to be replaced do to them both are connected together by the clock spring set up as well. but the only way i would truly check first do to it is usually cheaper to get the part as well. is check the fuses as well as the turn signal relay. the relay is usually the same for the fuel pump as well as the headlights and turn signals. swap one of them with the turn signal relay and see if it is not that. if it is it is way cheaper than getting a new turn signal combo switch and trying to install it your self or having some one fix it for you. if it is not the relay and you used a volt meter to see if it is getting power. after that you will know what to look into
