2000 ss temp gauge
the temperature gauge in the information center of my 2000 ss does not read the right temp anymore. when it's around 80 degrees out, it reads around 50. it peaks at around 60 degrees at times. is there any way to reset the computer, or replace the sensor?
You can reset the DIC information by holding the reset button in for 10 seconds or so. The sensor can be replaced but it is a real pain in the butt. I read about it once but don't remember what needs to be done anymore.
