hey everyone, i own a 1998 monte carlo LS and have quite a few mods done to it, but one thing thats really starting to **** me off is my stock radio antenna. I purchased an aftermarket shorty antenna to put on my monte but with my luck, cant figure out how the stock one is suppsoed to come off, theres no nuts and no bolts holding it on, only thing i can see is two golden colored prongs that possibly might need to be pinched together in order for it to pop off?..very frustrating and any help would be appreciated, thanks
